What Customers Say About Pacifica Vinyl Windows

"We recently had our windows replaced by Pacifica Vinyl Windows, and the entire experience was outstanding. Manuel was extremely helpful from the beginning and immediately caught a measuring mistake that other companies had overlooked. His attention to detail gave us confidence that we were making the right choice.

On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, got everything set up, and went straight to work. They were efficient, extremely professional, and took great care to keep everything clean throughout the process. The quality of the work and the level of customer service exceeded our expectations.

If you’re looking for a company that is knowledgeable, reliable, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Pacifica Vinyl Windows. Thank you, Manuel and the entire team, for a smooth and stress-free experience!"

"Great quality windows at an affordable value.

Our single pane windows from the 1980s were old, worn out, and some were never even opened since we moved in. Which is a real shame considering that we live so close to the beach, we couldn't really enjoy the ocean breeze.

PVW came in and replaced our windows with new, high quality windows and sliders! Process was smooth and efficient from quotation to install. Crew was respectful, clean, organized, and knew what they were doing to ensure windows were installed quickly and professionally. For our specific residence, install took 2 working days.

Look no place else if you want quality windows and work at the right price. Do you care about attention to detail? They do too.

We couldn't be more happy! We now have all the ocean breeze that we can ever want.

Thank you PVW!"

"Super happy with the service and products from Pacifica Vinyl Windows and Doors. I recently purchased ten large, double-pane windows and a double-pane sliding door for my kitchen, and the entire experience was fantastic.

The service was excellent and incredibly fast. The entire installation was completed in just one day, which was a pleasant surprise. The price was also a huge factor—hands down, the quote I received was way better than any other I got from competing companies.

I even had the opportunity to visit their manufacturing plant, in Whittier which gave me more confidence in the quality of the materials they use. The craftsmanship is truly awesome.

This was a five-star experience for me, and I give them my full recommendation without hesitation
Note: I am not a great picture taker but here are just some of the windows they did."

"From start to finish my experience with Pacifica Vinyl Windows was absolutely outstanding. The owners personally walked me through the entire process from choosing the perfect window styles to explaining the installation step by step. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail instantly gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company.

When installation day came the crew was punctual, professional, and incredibly skilled. They replaced all of my windows with precision and left my home spotless. The quality of the vinyl windows is exceptional. They look beautiful, operate smoothly, and have already made a huge difference in comfort and energy efficiency.

It is rare to find a company where the owners are this hands on and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you are looking for top notch products, craftsmanship, and service I cannot recommend Pacifica Vinyl Windows enough. Great people."
